• Consultation / booking requests. When you submit our booking form, we collect your name, email address, and any business name, service interest, preferred date, and message you choose to provide.
• Messages to our assistant. If you use the on-site chat assistant, we process the messages you send so the assistant can respond.
• Direct correspondence. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records limited technical information for security and reliability — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use only the cookies and storage needed for the site to function; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Embedded Google Map

Our contact and Ottawa pages embed a Google Map. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

• An AI language-model provider — processes the messages you send to our chat assistant so it can generate a reply.
• A website hosting provider — serves the website and maintains operational server logs.
• Google — provides the embedded map described above.

Some of these providers operate outside Canada (including in the United States), so your information may be processed there and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit only for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide services you request, and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations — after which we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), input validation, access controls, and audit-aware practices. Please remember that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and avoid sending sensitive personal, health, or financial details through the website forms or chat.

Your rights

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
